General Terms

Agreement and Platform Access

Dexsport provides access to its online Interface through dexsport.io and related digital entry points. The word “Interface” refers to that online access layer, including the website and connected tools made available by Dexsport. Through the Interface, users may reach software functions, data protocol elements, virtual currency interaction features, and liquidity-related tools.

Use of the Interface creates legal consequences. When a user visits, connects to, browses, or otherwise uses the Interface, that user accepts these Terms as a binding agreement with Dexsport. If the user acts for a company, organization, or other legal entity, the user confirms authority to accept these Terms for that entity.

A user who does not agree with these Terms must not use the Interface. Access also means acceptance of the dispute rules below, including individual arbitration where applicable and waiver of class, collective, or representative proceedings.

Permission to Use the Interface

The Interface is intended only for users who are at least eighteen years old, legally capable, and able to enter into a binding agreement with Dexsport. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access does not violate any law, regulation, sanction, restriction, or other rule applicable to them.

The Interface must not be used by any person or entity connected with the United States, including citizens, residents, incorporated entities, or entities with a registered office or principal place of business there. Access is also restricted for users from Myanmar, Ivory Coast, Burundi, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Belarus, Antigua and Barbuda, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Liberia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Nepal, Somalia, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, and any jurisdiction subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.

Users may not use VPNs, proxies, IP masking, address-hiding tools, or similar methods to disguise their location or bypass access restrictions. Dexsport may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Interface for any user, entity, territory, or jurisdiction at any time.

Local Law and Source of Funds

Each user must decide independently whether the Interface may lawfully be used in their jurisdiction. Dexsport does not provide legal, tax, reporting, licensing, filing, or regulatory advice and has no duty to warn users about obligations that may apply to them.

The Interface must not be accessed where such access is unlawful or where it would cause Dexsport to become subject to registration, licensing, reporting, or other legal obligations that Dexsport has not accepted. Users must also ensure that any virtual currency or crypto asset used in connection with Dexsport has a lawful source.

Dexsport may block or deny access if assets are connected with drug trade, dark web activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, criminal proceeds, or any other unlawful source.

Decentralized Technology

The Interface connects users with decentralized networks, virtual currency systems, blockchain tools, protocol-related functions, and supporting software. These technologies may involve risks outside platform control, including cryptographic failures, network congestion, price volatility, smart contract defects, protocol issues, transaction delays, and changes in on-chain fees.

Dexsport does not operate or control blockchain networks, virtual currency systems, public blockchain software, transaction confirmation processes, or the Protocol itself. Once a user starts an on-chain interaction, Dexsport cannot cancel, reverse, modify, confirm, or guarantee that interaction.

Any information shown through the Interface is provided for reference only. It is not an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or technical instruction. Users should obtain advice from qualified independent specialists before making decisions involving digital assets, legal duties, taxes, technical systems, or financial exposure.

User Risk and Wallet Security

By using the Interface, users acknowledge that blockchain-based assets and decentralized technologies carry serious risks. Each user remains responsible for their own transactions, decisions, wallet activity, and actions connected with the Interface.

Digital asset markets may change quickly because of liquidity, adoption, speculation, security events, technical developments, regulation, market sentiment, or other factors. Network speed and transaction costs may also change suddenly. Dexsport assumes no liability for losses related to market movement, blockchain conditions, failed or delayed transactions, fees, volatility, or similar circumstances.

Users must protect their own private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, devices, and virtual currency. Dexsport is not responsible for wallets, assets, private keys, credentials, devices, or passwords that are lost, stolen, mishandled, compromised, or impossible to recover.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the Interface for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, harmful, or security-related conduct. This includes violating these Terms or applicable law, infringing intellectual property or privacy rights, interfering with networks or systems, distributing harmful code, reverse engineering the Interface, publishing false or misleading information, manipulating markets, engaging in spoofing or wash trading, or carrying out similar misconduct.

Users must also avoid crypto-specific misuse, including attempts to obtain another person’s private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, or account information; laundering crypto assets; using funds derived from crime; using assets connected with dark web activity, drug trade, fraud, theft, or sanctions evasion; or assisting another person in any such activity.

Circumvention of access restrictions is also prohibited. If Dexsport believes that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, access rules, or security requirements, Dexsport may restrict, suspend, or terminate that user’s access to the Interface.

Intellectual Property and User Submissions

Dexsport owns or controls rights in the Interface and protected materials made available through it. These materials may include software, text, interface design, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and other protected content. Open-source protocol software remains subject to its own rules. Using the Interface does not transfer ownership, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights to the user.

Users may not copy, modify, adapt, license, sell, publish, distribute, or allow third parties to use the Interface or its content without express authorization from Dexsport.

Users keep ownership of materials they submit through the Interface. By submitting materials, users grant Dexsport a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, publish, transmit, distribute, and process those materials in accordance with applicable law. Dexsport may use feedback, bug reports, comments, suggestions, and similar submissions without payment or confidentiality obligations.

Third-Party Materials and Privacy

The Interface may include links or references to third-party websites, services, products, materials, promotions, or other resources. Dexsport does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee those resources. Users who access third-party materials do so entirely at their own risk.

Use of the Interface also involves acknowledgment of Dexsport’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy and applicable rules.

No Platform Warranty

The Interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dexsport disclaims warranties of every kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties related to the Interface, the Protocol, software code, data, content, or related information.

Dexsport does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, suitability for any purpose, absence of defects, or absence of harmful components. No statement, message, data point, or material made available through the Interface creates a warranty. Users accept the risks connected with using the Interface.

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexsport and its related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, private keys, virtual currency, or other intangible property.

This limitation applies to losses connected with hacking, unauthorized access, service interruptions, technical failures, errors, bugs, viruses, third-party conduct, lost credentials, lost assets, or use of information obtained through the Interface.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexsport and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of the Interface, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or use of the Interface by another party with the user’s assistance.

Disputes and Arbitration

Any dispute between a user and Dexsport relating to the Interface or these Terms is personal to those parties. Users may act only in an individual capacity and may not bring class arbitration, class action, collective action, or representative proceedings.

Before formal proceedings, the user must send a notice to [email protected]. The notice must include the user’s name, mailing address, email address, description of the dispute, and requested remedy. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, either party may begin arbitration where permitted by these Terms.

Any claim must be filed within one year from the date the dispute arises. If this deadline is missed, the right to bring the claim is permanently barred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles, excluding conflict of laws principles. Any unresolved dispute must be resolved by binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in English, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from different parties or preside over class, representative, or multi-party proceedings. The Interface is deemed to be based in the Seychelles, and access from another location does not create jurisdiction outside the Seychelles.

Updates and Final Agreement

Dexsport may publish updated versions of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when the user first accesses or uses the Interface after the updated version is posted. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

If the user does not accept the revised Terms, the user must stop using the Interface. Rights and obligations that should remain effective after termination of use shall continue to apply. These Terms and all incorporated supporting materials constitute the entire agreement between the user and Dexsport regarding use of the Interface. They replace all prior and contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings on the same subject. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
